Vending Machines
Currently, the University Committee on Catering (CoC) is the authority overseeing the management of automatic vending machines (AVMs) in the University campus. The AVMs are part of the ancillary provisions for staff and students of The University of Hong Kong. Depends on the location, the existing AVMs are managed by different administrative parties such as student organisations, Halls, Amenities Centres, as well as other user departments. Respective administering parties shall refer to the "Guideline on the Provision of Vending Services in the University Campus” for the monitoring of the existing AVMs under their administration. Parties who wish to install new AVMs or replace existing AVMs shall also refer to the guideline and submit a proposal to the Working Group on Vending Machine via the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) – Campus Life by email cedars@hku.hk.
