The Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) acts as the booking agent for the following facilities:

Application forms for the use of major open space are available from the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) and online. Applications for the use of all other open space except the Haking Wong Covered Podium by student organizations should be made in writing and addressed to Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) for consideration, which will then be passed to the Director of Estates for final approval. All applications should be submitted to Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) at least 7 working days prior to the booking date.

Application forms for the use of designated sites for banners, directional signs and stair pictures are available from the Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) and online. Applications for the posting up of publicity materials on other areas by student organizations should be made in writing and addressed to Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) for consideration, which will then be passed to the Estates Office for final approval. All applications should be submitted to Centre of Development and Resources for Students (CEDARS) at least 7 working days prior to the booking date.
