SEN Support

Types of Disabilities

To learn more about each type of disability and tips in supporting the students, please click here.


Type I: Support for Students with Physical and Sensory Disabilities

This includes Visual Impairment, Hearing Impairment and Physical Impairment.

 

Type II: Support for Students with Learning and Developmental Disabilities

This includes Specific Learning Difficulties (SLD), Attention Deficit / Hyperactivity Disorder (AD/HD), Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and Developmental Coordination Disorder (DCD).

 

Type III: Support for Students with Mental Illnesses

 

Support for Students with Other Disabilities

This includes chronic medical illness, acquired brain injury, and more than one type of disabilities.

Undiagnosed Disability

If you suspect that your difficulties are related to an undiagnosed disability, we encourage you to contact us and speak to us about your concerns. We will provide screening service and/or connect you to other assessment services if needed.
