| Summary 內容: | 大眾對不同智商人仕的觀念應與時並進 - 不僅需保護他們基本生活,更加要承認他們於社會上應有同等的參與。港大通識與平等機會事務處合作,放映紀錄片《從香港到日內瓦》,並邀請片中組織卓新力量的成員分享他們自1995年成立以來參加《聯合國殘疾人權利公約》聽證會、舉辦街坊法律公約工作坊以及其他有趣經歷。 The general concept towards people with intellectual differences should have moved forward - not only protecting them, but also recognising them as an equal part of the community. GE is joining Equal Opportunity Festival 2016 with screening of From HK to Geneva, followed by a sharing session with members of Chosen Power on attending the hearing of UN's Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, street law projects and other interesting stories since 1995. | Bio of Speaker(s) 講者簡介: | 卓新力量 Chosen Power 卓新力量由一群不同智商的年輕人和家人、教師和社會工作者於1995年成立。他們通過領袖訓練,研討會,同伴支援網絡,社區教育和國際聯繫等為智力不同人仕爭取平等權益。 Established in 1995 by a group of young adults with intellectual differences with support from families, teachers and social workers, Chosen Power advocate equality by and for people with intellectual differences through leadership training, discussion, peer support network, community education and international linkage. |
