瑜伽練習不局限於體格鍛鍊,當中更強調身、心、靈的平衡,探索內省澄明的狀態。
「心之瑜伽練習」包括一系列呼吸、瑜伽式子和冥想練習,引導參加者安全地投入往內看的經驗。
Yoga is not really about getting fit or putting your legs up but it’s about cultivating the awareness of our body and mind. In the deepest sense, the practice of yoga is our devotion to the Self that resides in our hearts, to remember who we are, remember ourselves as eternal and an emotion or thought with which we often used to identify.
This yoga class incorporates breathing techniques, yoga asanas, and meditation practices to explore our totality. The alignment-based approach welcomes all levels of students as they are safely guided into the practices.

Lau Tin MingMr. Lau Tin-ming 劉天明先生
Tin-ming is a registered E-RYT 200 in US Yoga Alliance. He believes yoga is not only what happens in class when you sit on a mat. He believes yoga practice is an internal mindful journey. It is not only a pose or posture but it connects body, mind, and soul together. In his own practice, many times Tin-ming feels that his emotional release happens simultaneously along with the physical release. This unique experience inspires him to share with a broader community, more of the things he has learned, to heal the body, mind,  and soul.
After graduating with an MPhil in Fine Arts, Tin-ming has been very active in serving the local creative education and the performing arts circle. With his solid teaching background, Tin-ming’s yoga teaching is fused with fun and positivity. He gives detailed yet easy alignment cues for individual progression. He also empowers people of different levels to embrace their own strengths to excel during practice.
