GraduAction Talent Academy (GATA), exclusive for final year undergraduate students organised by CEDARS-Careers and Placement, has been reinvented to a 2.5-day boot camp consisting of: (1) Practical Training Workshops & Seminars; (2) Mock Assessment Centre; and (3) Individual Career Coaching. It will support you to develop knowledge and transferable skills for your graduate employability and future career development. It will also equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to integrate smoothly and professionally into the workplace after graduation.
Boot Camp Schedule
Day 1 - Practical Training Workshop & Seminar [24 September 2022 (Saturday) 9:30 am – 6:00 pm]

Topic 2: Acing your CV & Cover Letter
Topic 3: Winning in Interview Process
Topic 4: Pre-Mock Assessment Centre Overview
Day 2 – Mock Assessment Centre (AC) [8 October 2022 (Saturday) 9:30 am – 12:30 pm]
Mock AC 1 – Group Discussion
Mock AC 2 – Group Game Task
Day 3 - Practical Training Workshop & Seminar [22 October 2022 (Saturday) 9:30 am – 6:00 pm]
Topic 1: Job Offer Evaluation, Negotiation & Employment Contract
Topic 2: Workplace Etiquette & On-boarding Plan
Topic 3: Working Better Together Through DiSC
Topic 4: Presentation for Early Career Success
