| Summary 內容: | 我們以為在回歸後，透過築起一段「更緊密經貿關係」，才有中國企業在香港上市。原來早於1993年，已有國有企業在香港上市。20年過去，究竟香港已完成踏腳石的歷史任務，中國企業開始雄心勃勃登陸美國股市；還是兩地齊齊受惠於快將「通車」的滬港通？ 石鏡泉先生將講述香港作為中國企業主要上市中心的前景。 Since the first state-owned mainland Chinese enterprise was listed in Hong Kong in 1993, Hong Kong has been seen as a key capital formation market for mainland companies from various industries and regions. However, there is a body of thought claiming that mainland companies are shifting to other markets such as the US. In addition, it has been reported that Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect will be implemented this year and investors of the two markets will be able to trade shares listed on either market. | Bio of Speaker(s) 講者簡介: | 石鏡泉是香港經濟日報集團有限公司執行董事、香港經濟日報副社長兼研究部主管。他擁有逾20年的媒體及出版業經驗，現為《香港經濟日報》及旗下雜誌的專欄作家。此外，石先生曾出版多本有關投資、金融及財務管理的書籍，並經常在不同的投資及財富管理會議和講座中擔任演講嘉賓。 |
