Summary 內容: | ***Please note the changes of date, time and venue*** Hong Kong, in the past, has been successfully playing a vital role as the gateway between China and the world. In the process of China’s transition from being an importer of capital to an exporter of capital, Hong Kong evolved from its traditional role as China’s offshore IPO and fundraising centre to a comprehensive global financial centre across multi-asset classes. As China begins to gain increasing influence in the world, how will Hong Kong continue its success in this new chapter? Will its role changed by new challenges such as Shanghai? Will Shanghai-Hong Kong Stock Connect form a new position of Hong Kong? In his talk, Mr. Charles Li, Chief Executive of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, will share his thoughts on the Hong Kong capital market in the past and his blueprint for the future development.
