Summary 內容: | As teenage pupils and university students are at the vanguard of Hong Kong’s political movement, there are a range of voices on how educational institutions should respond. Some say the management should come out of the ivory towers, engage with students, and cherish the students’ protest politics. Some say the schools should maintain political neutrality and ensure that avenues are available for dissenting voices to express their opinions. Experts from the education sector will share their views, and students are encouraged to exchange their thoughts. This forum is part of the series Hong Kong Agenda and Umbrella Series by the General Education Unit, The University of Hong Kong. Honorary Professor, Division of Policy, Administration and Social Sciences Education, Faculty of Education, HKU Mr. Alan Chow 鄒秉恩先生 Chairman, Education Convergence Education Foundation Limited Mr. Michael Wong 黃謂儒先生 Honorary Executive Secretary, Hong Kong Association of the Heads of Secondary Schools Registration: https://hkuems1.hku.hk/hkuems/ec_hdetail.aspx?UEID=34787 (For HKU students and staff) https://hkuems1.hku.hk/hkuems/ec_hdetail.aspx?guest=Y&UEID=34789 (For public) |
