The rapid development of cashless payment systems has changed people’s daily lives, especially in Mainland China. It is easy to see the different payment options across the border; some applications are just landing here too. And with the advances in technology, people are anticipating a cash-free environment which seems to be more convenient and efficient. On the other hand, security and privacy issues of online or mobile transactions are a considerable concern. In this talk, experts are invited to share their views on the future development of cashless payments and their various impacts.
