Summary 內容: 對於「食」,我們有着不同的說法——有人說食物只是滿足生存需要的工具,又有人說食物是生活素質的體現。民以食為天,在舌尖上能享受到的,不止是味道,還有地方文化、甚至是烹調者的心意及訊息。 
我們請來香港資深跨媒體創作人歐陽應霽,以及亞洲吃麵公司故事長胡傳建,透過分享成立「味道圖書館」及「不方便麵館」的創意之旅,從飲食文化的角度探討如何食得有深度、活得更充實。 

Food, with its essential nutrients for our survival, also reflects the quality of our lives. In food tasting, apart from flavour and texture, one could also experience regional cultures and understand the thinking process of those who prepare the cuisine. 
In this talk, Mr. Craig Au-yeung, Curator of the PMQ Taste Library, and Mr. Hu Chuanjian, Founder of Asia Chimian Company, will share their creative journeys in blending food and cultures with fun elements, as well as the ways to elevate our everyday (eating) lives from the ordinary.
