Summary 內容: | While we often focus on how individuals can change our eating habits to be more sustainable, service providers also play a vital role in creating a sustainable food industry. At this year’s Green Lunch, we have invited HKU’s caterers to talk about sustainable food sourcing and service. Also, bring along your reusable containers and utensils to enjoy free vegetarian food.
