| Summary 內容: | 20年前，他放棄銀行家的百萬年薪，從華爾街走進愛滋村； 他一手創辦智行基金會，長期資助愛滋遺孤的生活與學業，成為兩萬個孩子的「杜爸爸」； 他成立Village127等社會企業，提供持續成長與就業機會，為愛滋遺孤開拓一個更廣闊的世界。 9月21日，請來聽杜聰講述他的人生故事，以及與智行基金會的一世情緣。 本講座為「成長。生命。故事」講座系列9，由晨曦青少年文教基金會主辦。 Twenty years ago, he left behind the alluring life of a banker on Wall Street, entering AIDS villages. He founded the Chi Heng Foundation, becoming a father to twenty thousand children, funding the lives and education of AIDS orphans. He founded foundations such as Village 127, providing opportunities for children, opening up a wider world. | Bio of Speaker(s) 講者簡介: | 杜聰，智行基金會創辦人、主席。 杜聰出生於香港，於哥倫比亞大學及哈佛大學分別取得學士及碩士學位。隨後步入金融業，曾在瑞士和法國的銀行業擔任高管、副總裁，是洛克菲勒創建的亞洲協會全球理事會成員。1998年，他在UBS投行工作的時候，已經創立公益基金會。2002年他離開金融業，投入救助愛滋遺孤的公益事業中。 十五年來，他創立的智行基金會累計救助金額近兩億元，資助人數超過兩萬人，分佈在河南、雲南、廣西、廣東等地的兩百多個農村之中。智行得到很多團體的幫助，包括聯合國教科文組織、全球基金、克林頓基金及亞洲基金會等。智行榮獲首個亞洲社群組識頒的「公共服務獎」,以嘉許其為亞太區弱勢社群謀福利。 杜聰先生曾獲得有「亞洲的諾貝爾獎」之稱的拉蒙˙麥格塞塞獎、「香港領袖年獎」以及法國國家巴黎銀行頒贈BNP Paribas Philanthropy awards等獎項。 |
