Summary 內容:		At CEDARS-GE, students are the key players in our daily innovation. Co-curation and co-creation are our strong convictions and we have put them into action. In the last few years, GE Interns and GEST members launched several successful social media campaigns and boosted our reach and engagement by interacting with students via different social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube and Facebook). We are now looking for creativity and contribution from fresh faces of different backgrounds with a unique combination of interests and skills for enhancing our social media platforms and programme planning in the new academic year . The successful candidates will plan and execute publicity initiatives and events, especially on online platforms, which portray the GE Enrolment and GE Gatherland with maximum positive buzz and impact. During this paid period, i.e. 6/12/2021 (Mon) to 21/1/2022 (Fri), all interns will work as a team and be part of CEDARS-GE. Closing Date: 17:00, 24/11/2021 (Wed) APPLY NOW: http://wp2.cedars.hku.hk/forms/node/677 Responsibilities: Develop and implement creative publicity initiatives on social media to support GE Enrolment and GE Gatherland, including Facebook, Instagram, and provide timely suggestions Produce the enrolment video(s) and provide ideas for our YouTube Channel Curate and organise events and activities for the pre-enrolment period and enrolment day Provide support in the production of communications materials such as pamphlets, posters and website banners, including giving advice on design and writing Requirements: HKU current students, undergraduates and taught postgraduates, in any major and maintaining student’s status throughout the internship Entitled to work and provide services in Hong Kong Able to commit to 2 half-day per week (around 50% at CEDARS-GE office, and 50% work from home, subject to CEDARS-GE’s arrangement and COVID-19 situation) from 6/12/2021 (Mon) to 21/1/2022 (Fri); flexible working arrangement during Assessment Period Motivated, independent worker with the capacity to lead and work well with others Creative with strong sense in design and marketing Communication and writing skills in both English and Chinese Knowledge in video production and graphic design Honorarium: Interns will be paid an honorarium upon successful completion of their internship.
