Summary 內容: | Holistic health is complete when all aspects are addressed. Yoga is a single practice that affects all aspects of the self. Yoga makes us better individuals in thought, action, knowledge, and devotion. It truly relaxes the mind and body as well, it also helps us fight stress and find peace. In this 3-session workshop, co-organised by CEDARS-GE and the Consulate General of India, Hong Kong, students can learn the basics of yoga practice and experience how yoga can improve our physical and mental wellbeing.
