過去十多年，陳龍生教授為通識教育部策劃《石頭記》課程，帶領同學到香港邊陲尋覓原始荒野。這學期將跨學科，邀請著名畫家江啟明，加入素描寫生元素，換個角度看石頭。
研究地質，手執一片沉積岩，背後有億萬年的故事。從事藝術，用一支筆、一張畫紙，重組大自然數字密碼，注入靈性和感悟。
本課程中，同學將一同遠離煩囂走進地質公園，由陳龍生教授跟大家說石頭的故事，江啟明老師帶大家跳出固有空間，用鉛筆畫紙感受藝術。
活動由經濟日報出版社及香港大學發展及校友事務部合辦。
“Landscape” does not just mean hills and trees. It is the dynamic backdrop to people’s lives. In this course, you will find landscape sketching a way to pay homage to your environment. Whether you are new to drawing, or have some experience in sketching, you will better understand how to observe the landscape around you and find your passion for nature.
In the briefing session, you will grasp some basic sketching techniques. During the field trip to the Hong Kong Geopark, Prof. Chan Lung Sang will guide you to experience and understand the contextual cues that the natural environment offers, while Mr. Kong Kai Ming will demonstrate how to render these experiences on paper.
This programme is co-organised by etpress and Development & Alumni Affairs Office of HKU.

Bio of Instructor(s) 導師簡介:
江啟明先生 Mr. Kong Kai Ming
1932年出生於香港，是香港土生土長的藝術教育家。除畫作及教授外，先後出版了六十多本美術教育書籍。
於1996年獲香港浸會大學林思齊東西學術交流研究所授予「榮譽院士」；同年受聘為香港藝術館顧問；2006年獲頒授銅紫荊星章；2008年獲香港藝術發展局頒發「香港藝術發展獎2007」之「藝術成就獎」，表揚他在視覺藝術上的成就。
陳龍生教授 Prof. Chan Lung Sang
香港大學地球科學系教授。初中開始迷上石頭，13歲立志研究地質學。為了看不同的石，陳博士先後到過很多地方，累積了豐富的野外考察經驗。回到香港後，曾任香港地質學會會長。他不遺餘力推動地質教育工作。2008年與無綫電視合作，成為《冰天動地》的嘉賓主持，帶觀眾到地球的另一角。
石鏡泉先生 Mr. Arthur Shek
香港經濟日報集團副社長兼研究部主管、經濟日報出版社社長，曾出版著作︰《經濟觀察》、《投資啟示錄》、《投資新智慧》、《新投資時代》、《低息時代投資法》、《2004 復甦受惠股》、《石老師揀股秘笈》、《石老師投資新招》、《石鏡泉投資智慧》及《石Sir 投資教室》等。
陳麗森女士 Ms. Lisa Chan
現任香港能仁專上學院設計系講師、Co1 設計學校高級講師、香港春潮畫會副主席(嶺南畫派)、香港美術教育協會執行委員、國際女畫家聯盟會員、香港教師水彩畫研究會會員、香港註冊教師。陳女士逾十多年藝術設計教學及行政經驗。歷任中學視覺藝術科科主任多年。並曾於香港教育學院、香港知專設計學院等大専院校任教藝術、繪畫、流行文化硏究、藝術設計史與評賞、時裝設計，以及創意設計等科目。
