Dr. Alvin Tang （鄧銘澤博士 ）Mushroom Specialist
香港大學真菌學博士，自1999年起從事學術研究工作，現全職為樹木醫病和研究食用菇類，也為不同團體擔任課程培訓導師和專題演講。他期望以菇類作為切入點使大眾領誤自然生態的生物多樣性，從而保護地球。《一菇一世界—菇菌趣味新知》作者。
