Would you like to harvest your own delicious carrots, basil, and cherry tomatoes? Join us for this hands-on workshop series at the HKU Rooftop Farm, where you’ll learn to grow your own organic vegetables and herbs in small spaces. We will cover all the basic planting and growing skills, from seed to harvest. We will also cover topics related to sustainability and our food system. During the final workshop, we will prepare a super fresh and delicious farm-to-table light meal with the produce we have grown.

Bio of Instructor(s) 導師簡介:

Hui Fai is a Royal Horticulture Society (RHS) certified horticulturist and rooftop farming specialist. He earned the IFOAM Organic Agriculture Inspector certification and has worked on production organic farms in Taiwan. He is the co-founder of Go Green Hong Kong, Hong Kong’s number one sustainable living website that has been featured in TVB, RTHK, Mingpao, Oriental Daily and many local magazines. He is a graduate of the University of Toronto and earned a law degree from the University of British Columbia.
