詠春宗師葉問系列電影近年掀起一陣中國功夫熱，原來武術巨星李小龍年少時曾在香港拜葉問為師，其創立的截拳道亦以詠春作為骨幹之一。你對詠春這門發揚自廣東的武術認識多少？看罷電影，是否有衝動要試試自己的拳腳？本課程包括講解、示範及練習，不但介紹詠春拳學的歷史與理念，更讓同學親身體驗詠春的基本動作，了解武術背後的美學和哲學。歡迎對詠春有興趣的同學參加，經驗不限。

 

The blockbuster movie series of Yip Man, the legendary Kung Fu Master of Bruce Lee, has triggered the popularity of Wing Chun, or Ving Tsun. Being one of the most well-known traditional Chinese martial arts, Ving Tsun originated in Guangdong and was brought to Hong Kong in the 1950s. In this course, Master Mak, Director of Ving Tsun Athletic Association, will introduce the history and philosophy of Scientific Ving Tsun and demonstrate the fundamental routines. Come and try out some Kung Fu moves! All are welcome.

講師：

麥漢基老師於九十年代開始接觸葉問系黃淳樑派詠春拳學，經過十年訓練及深造，考獲中國武術協會（國家級）武術六段，並於2010年獲選為「詠春體育會」董事。麥老師有多年教授「詠春拳學証書課程」的經驗，並於多間大型機構及院校擔任總教練及武術總監，更榮獲由香港武術聯會頒發的「傑出推廣大獎」。
