Bio of Instructor(s) 導師簡介:
Alison Sulaiman (MSc(BA) Year 1)

Alison was born in Indonesia, a beautiful country which she loves the most. In 2016, she moved to Hong Kong to study economics and finance at The University of Hong Kong. She embarked on her yoga journey during her university years as an escape from her hectic schedule. Aspired to stay fit and build muscles, she started a consistent practice pattern in 2019. She likes that yoga has transformed her from within, giving her new perspectives towards life. She believes that with a 'can-do' attitude, everyone can become a better yoga practitioner.

Throughout Alison's yogic path, she has been guided by incredible teachers like Christi Kristensen, Ing Ing and Deera Dewi. Under their teaching, she completed her first RYT200 in Jakarta, Indonesia; a training which has allowed her to have more compassion in teaching.

Alison's teaching style is more into power and physicality. She likes to teach in her own way and put some challenges in her class.
