GEST Skills Sharing: Yoga Workshop - Beginner Power Vinyasa
Start your home yoga practice to boost your strength, endurance and flexibility with this Beginner Power Vinyasa workshop. In this four-session workshop, you’ll explore the fundamentals of power vinyasa yoga through dynamic flows that build heat from within. Prepare to elevate your awareness and control in engaging every muscle in your body. This series goes beyond what you get in a typical beginner class - each class will feature an empowering mindfulness practice and detailed alignment cues that will take your practice to a whole new level. You’ll close each class feeling empowered and inspired to keep your practice going.

This class is suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who are looking for an energising experience. The only things you need are your yoga mat and small towel. See you on the mat!
