This programme connects aspiring students to the seasoned practitioners in the arts and cultural industry and with one another. Successful applicants are divided into 10 groups. Each consists of one mentor and four mentees. At the end of the programme, mentees are required to present their learning experience in any art forms under the guidance of mentors. All participants will have a chance to appreciate and showcase what they have gained from the programme on this finale.
