The Industry Report on Early Careers: Bridging Future - Employer Insights on Graduate Career Readiness for Hong Kong is the city’s first Career Report from the Employer’s Perspective. Developed based on the 2024 Employer Survey - featuring insights from over 320 employer representatives and 16 focus group interviews - it offers valuable perspectives on how students can enhance your career readiness and workplace performance, ultimately increasing the prospects of building meaningful careers in Hong Kong.
