Room Facilities - Multi-purpose Room (Please refer to the Guidelines on the Use of Facilities Room)
- Available for student societies and departments.
- For application, please submit your online booking via HKU Facilities Booking, HKUFBS.
- Eating and drinking is only allowed in Room 302 with prior approval by email in advance of 3 working days.
- Please include:
- the date and time of the event,
- its purpose,
- the type of food that will be served,
- the estimated number of participants and;
- any relevant links or posters in your email.

- Available for individual users, student societies and departments.
- For musical purposes only.

- Fees paid for bookings are generally non-refundable and non-transferable.

- Opening hours from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays, except Saturdays, Sunday, University & Public Holidays.

* The number of participants at an event held on campus should not exceed the maximum seating capacity of the venue.
# Facilities are free for current HKU students; charges apply to departments. Departments should submit booking requests via email. Once confirmed, the room will be reserved, and the applicable fee will be communicated. Please note that department users are required to allocate a minimum of two hours for each booking, with the total booking duration—including preparatory and post-usage activities.
