Room Facilities - Multi-purpose Room (Please refer to the Guidelines on the Use of Facilities Room)

  • Available for student societies and departments.
  • For application, please submit your online booking via HKU Facilities Booking, HKUFBS.
  • Eating and drinking is only allowed in Room 302 with prior approval by email in advance of 3 working days.
    Please include:
    1. the date and time of the event,
    2. its purpose,
    3. the type of food that will be served,
    4. the estimated number of participants and;
    5. any relevant links or posters in your email.
