Notes on Equipment Booking ("the Service") (Please refer to the Guidelines on the Use of Equipment Booking)
- The service is exclusively available for eligible student societies (subject to the review and approval from the University) and departments.
Executive Committee members of these student socieities are eligible for the service. - For application, please fill in the application form and send it back to cymac@hku.hk.
- In general, the service is free of charge for Current HKU Students. Departments users are required to pay for the rental charges.
- All the equipment allocation is on first-come-first-served basis.
- Transfer of bookings is prohibited.
- Preparation and dismantling time is included in the booking hours.
- Re-rent with profit is prohibited.
