GraduAction Talent Academy (GATA), exclusive for final year students organised by CEDARS-Careers and Placement, is consisted of: (1) Practical Training Workshops & Seminars; (2) Mock Assessment Centre; (3) Individual Career Coaching; and (4) DiSC Workplace Profile Individual Report. It will support you to develop knowledge and transferable skills for your graduate employability and future career development. It will also equip you with the essential knowledge and skills to integrate smoothly and professionally into the workplace after graduation.

Workshop Details

In this workshop, you will:

·         Understand your own behavioural style and motivation factors through the DiSC model

·         Learn to recognise the working style of others and identify ways to work better in a team environment

Activity:

·         Explore and review your DiSC and preferred communication style

·         Discuss strategies in working with others and improving relationships
