Talent Academy (GATA), exclusive for final year students organised by
CEDARS-Careers and Placement, is consisted of: (1) Practical Training Workshops & Seminars; (2) Mock Assessment Centre; (3) Individual Career Coaching; and (4) DiSC Workplace Profile Individual Report.
It will support you to develop knowledge and transferable skills for your graduate
employability and future career development. It will also equip you with the essential knowledge and
skills to integrate smoothly and professionally into the workplace after graduation.

first-hand experience of interviews in Assessment Centre format commonly used
by employers

from the group dynamics brought by peers and receive feedback from interviewers
in the mock AC
