Description: Yum Cha is a popular practice in Cantonese culture where we eat dim sum and drink tea. Dim sum is a style of cuisine that is prepared as small bite-sized portions of steamed, pan-fried or deep-fried food served in a bamboo steamer. It includes different kinds of dumplings like Xiao Long Bao, shumai and shrimp dumplings, as well as rolls like the spring rolls and rice noodle rolls, and a variety of buns. In Hong Kong, it is common for us to go to Yum Cha with our family and friends during weekends and gather together as a family or social function. (Please be expected to pay about HK$120-$180 to cover your own expenses.)
