很多青少年希望透過修圖改善外貌，迎合主流的「完美標準」，將外貌與自我價值綁在一起，反而陷入無止境的比較與自我懷疑，打擊自信，影響心理健康。 

CEDARS-CoPE 與 FUJIFILM instax SELF:ME 企劃合作， 邀請 Serrini 與兩位同學探討如何在濾鏡、修圖文化及無形的比較下，依然保持真實，擁抱未經修飾的自己，堅定面對外界的壓力和打破社會既定框架 。

Feeling the pressure to look “perfect” online? 

Is capturing your life through photos—then uploading them to social media—part of your daily routine?
And do you usually touch up those photos?

With social media flooded by filtered and heavily edited images, many of us have unknowingly grown accustomed to an increasingly narrow and unrealistic standard of beauty. 

Many young people hope to improve their appearance through retouching, striving to meet a so‑called “perfect standard”. But associating appearance with self‑worth often leads to endless comparison, self‑doubt, and a loss of confidence, which may impact mental well‑being. 

To open up this important conversation, CEDARS-CoPE and FUJIFILM instax SELF:ME have invited Serrini and two student panellists to explore how we can stay authentic, firmly embrace our unedited selves and challenge certain social expectations in a world full of filters, comparisons and invisible pressure to edit our images.
