Staying Sane While Job Hunting (Host by WISE)

Speaker:              Mr. Vincent Yeung, Founder of Mind Matters Academy and CEO of Pro Bono Hong Kong

Eligibility:             Students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and/or from Ethnically Diverse (ED) backgrounds

 

Highlights:

1)      Learn to overcome procrastination by breaking large tasks into manageable, low-pressure steps
2)      Reframe job hunting as a learning process to stay grounded during future uncertainties
3)      Practise breaking down negative thoughts to build constructive habits that sustain motivation
