Date: 16 October 2026 (Friday)

Time: 8:00am – 7:00pm (incl. lunch time and returning time to HKU Campus)

Deposit: HK$200 / RMB￥200 per person (Payment methods can be found in the registration form.)

Target: All HKU students

Language: English and Putonghua

Quota: 45 students (First-come, first-served)

Important Notes for Registrants

1.For the best experience, registrants are suggested to complete this form on a desktop computer to upload the required documents and use mobile phones to scan the QR codes for deposit payment.

2.Registrants should read and follow the instructions under each question in the registration form. Incomplete submissions or those not complying with the stated requirements will be considered unsuccessful.

3.Registrants must hold a valid travel document to Chinese Mainland at the time of registration, with at least one month’s validity from the visit date. Registrants are responsible for preparing their own travel

documents.

4.Successful registrants will receive a confirmation email from 7 October 2026 (Wednesday).

5.Registrants who decide to withdraw must inform CEDARS by email and state the reason(s) with relevant proof. The place will then be offered to another registrant on the waiting list.

6.The deposit can be fully refundable upon the satisfactory completion of the visit. Please refer to the deposit refund policy stated in the registration form.
