Our Happy Thursday – Tea from Around the World continues to bring you exciting opportunities to explore beverage cultures from around the globe and connect with your HKU peers this semester.
In this session, get ready for a fun sip of the United States. This time, we are stepping a little outside the usual idea of “tea” and looking at something casual and closely tied to everyday American snack culture. Think convenience stores, packed lunches, road trips, and a sweet bottled drink. Can you guess what kind of “tea” from the U.S. we will be featuring?
Together with Catherine Wan, an exchange student at HKU this semester, come discover a fun and unexpected side of beverage culture from the United States!
