Anti-Scam Student Ambassador Scheme 2026-2027

Would you like to make a real difference in protecting your fellow students from scam? CEDARS is now recruiting Anti‑Scam Student Ambassadors for the 2026‑2027 academic year.

Scams targeting non‑local students have been rising sharply, and your help is needed to raise awareness and prevent more victims. We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible students (both UG and PG) to join this meaningful initiative.

What you will do:
- Participate in the production of anti‑scam short videos (real‑case dramas)
- Help promote and share anti‑scam content across your networks
- Support CEDARS in anti‑scam campaigns and peer education via counter exhibition, road show, gatherings, etc.

Who we are looking for:
- Current UG or PG students
- Experience as a student host or involvement in student societies / hall committees (preferred)
- Fluent in English, Mandarin or Cantonese
- Passionate about helping others and preventing scam

What we offer (per ambassador):
- Honorarium: HK$300
- One complimentary ticket to Hong Kong Disneyland (subject to satisfactory participation and completion of all duties)
- Official Certificate from CEDARS

Important dates & process:
- Onboard: Around August 2026
- Period of service:  August 2026 to July 2027
- Briefing: Provided before your service begins around July
- Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview
