PAWSOME Time with Therapy Dogs offers a unique wellness service featuring therapy dogs to help participants relax and de-stress. During the sessions, attendees will engage in wellness activities and interactive games alongside our therapy dogs, providing an enjoyable and calming experience. This programme also aims to raise awareness about the important work therapy dogs do to support mental health and well-being.

Time:	4 – 5 pm (Session 1); 5 – 6 pm (Session 2) [Identical session time on both days]
Venue:	Seminar Room, Main Library	Faculty Lounge @ Arts Tech Lab (RRST-4.30)
Quota:	30 students each session	20 students each session

Remarks:

1.       Registration is required, first-come, first served.

2.       Participants should have no known allergies related to dogs.

3.       Please select only one session. If multiple registrations are submitted, the earliest timeslot chosen will be considered.

Rules and Regulations

Cancellation due to under-enrolment
Workshops with specific class size will be cancelled if the enrolment does not meet the minimum class size.

Withdrawal
If for any reason you are unable to attend a workshop (regardless of its format), for which you have registered, you should notify us as soon as possible. There is no refund of fees (except in the cases specified above).

Absence due to Sickness
You may have your workshop fee refunded if you can provide a medical certificate showing that you are sick by sending an email (email subject: Person Enrichment Workshops) to cedarspe@hku.hk no later than 3 working days before the commencement of the workshop. The refund will only be made during the prescribed period of time mentioned above.

Resources Utilisation
To avoid any waste of resources, please notify us if you are unable to attend any workshop(s) in which you have enrolled so that another student may take your place and enjoy the workshop. Your cooperation is very much appreciated.

Photo-taking Policy
Snapshots of class activities or class photos taken by CEDARS-CoPE may be used for their respective record keeping, post-workshop sharing and event promotion.

Data Privacy Policy
