Scale of Rental Charges

• There are 3 sessions in a day, i.e. 09:00 – 13:00; 14:00 – 18:00; 19:00 – 23:00, with meal break time 13:00 – 14:00 and 18:00 –19:00. The meal break time can be shifted subject to the schedule.
• Overrun / Additional Charges will be imposed for the use of venue after the booking period. The overrun charges (for hourly rate) are as below:

• For lecture-based activities such as seminars, symposium, screening etc, the booking can be made based on 1 session with maximum 2 additional hours. The additional hourly rates for different parties are shown above. The earliest booking time for the venue is 08:00.
• For venue reservation, full rental charges will be paid as deposit once the booking is confirmed.
