Leadership and Life Skills Training Programme (LLS) 2012
Leadership and Life Skills Training Programme is designed to enhance your brain power to plan, organize as well as ability to execute. In this 4-week highly participatory summer leadership course, you will learn how to make smart decisions for yourself and your team, communicate well with group members and successfully motivate yourself and group-mates to achieve a common goal. You will also identify your preferred team role to maximize your own performance and enhance team efficiency.
LLS 2012 is for students who
‧ want to take up a leader role in society
‧ prefer being an influential member creating a collaborative team culture
‧ need some leadership skills to survive in today’s highly competitive world
Programmes include:
‧ Personal Coaching
‧ Leadership and Drama (No prior experience in acting and drama production is required.)
‧ Decision Making Games
‧ Adventure Camp
‧ Simulated Society
‧ Professional Image Building
‧ Exit Interviews
Training details:
Period: 28 May – 22 June 2012 (Most of the training sessions are conducted in Cantonese.)
