This is part of CEDARS' Community Engagement Programme entitled 'Knowing Your Neighbors: Ethnic Minorities'. Supported by Caritas Mok Cheung Sui Kun Community Centre, students from different disciplines have joined hands to design and implement 3 different service projects for local South Asians who live near the campus in the past 2 months. Students have participated in different cultural training activities before the commencement of their service projects. They are helping our ethnic minorities (EM) neighbors to integrate into the society and they will be sharing their work and insights with the community on coming Sunday, March 25 from 3 to 5pm at Kennedy Town MTR station (Exit B, Smithfield Sitting-out Area). Apart from student’s project presentations, there will be drama performance by EM kids, EM handicraft, EM hand-painting, EM snack etc. Do drop by and say hello to our EM neighbors!!
