Cancellation/early termination: 1. The Licensee may cancel this License Agreement at any time by giving the Licensor written notice should the Licensee or the Occupier (where the Licensee is a corporate entity) for any other reasons resulting in the inability of the licensee (as determined to the Licensor’s satisfaction) to fulfill the full term of the License Agreement. The written notice shall be submitted to us, along with supporting explanations(s) documents(s) and/or evidence(s). Full amount of security deposit will be forfeited. 2. Amendments to the start date of a License Agreement is not allowed unless you receive written consent by the Licensor. Any consent by Licensor shall be in the form of a written notice stating the decision. 3. All early terminations shall result in the Licensee paying the Licensor an early termination fee being an amount equivalent to 50% of the monthly License Fees for the remaining term of the agreement and forfeiture of the full amount of security deposit. 4. All paid amount will be non-refundable. |
