Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) employers are some of the biggest brand names seen by consumers every single day around the world. They sell products quickly and at a relatively low cost. Selling of these products involves teams of people in a wide variety of roles from research and development to marketing. Are you interested in joining the FMCG industry? Do these companies welcome graduates from any academic background?
As part of the Job Secret Decoder series, we have invited Carson Chan from our full-time Class of 2016 to share about his FMCG experience. This is an interactive Zoom session, you are welcome to ask questions after listening to Carson on facts about FMCG industry and tips to get through the interviews. Join us to hear about:

Speaker: Mr. Carson Chan (BSc 2016)
Currently working as an eCommerce Manager at Reckitt, brand owner of Dettol, Durex & many world’s #1 consumer good brands, Carson has joined few world’s top FMCG giants, and got exposure across Hong Kong & Mainland China regions. He started his FMCG career at Swire Coca Cola China after graduation in 2016, later joined Nestlé and Reckitt to acquire knowledge in different categories & channels. Besides, he is working as a Teaching Assistant at HKBU postgraduate school, developing his interest as part-time coach, while pursuing his career aspiration to become a sales expert in FMCG industry.
