As part of the Job Secret Decoder series, we have invited Mint Xiong from our full-time Class of 2014 to share about her career journey as a Consulting Associate after graduation. Mint Xiong (BEng(LESCM) 2014)

Mint Xiong is a Managing Consultant at IBM Services Hong Kong. She got a placement at IBM in 2012. After graduation from HKU with first-honour, she re-joined the IBM Consulting in 2014 as a Consulting Associate and has been primarily involved in large-scale complex systems implementations/ integrations, such as process reengineering and optimisation, cloud migration, and digital transformation projects for clients in retail, luxury, pharmaceutical and public industries.

Within the projects, Mint has fulfilled a diverse array of roles including Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Process Consultant and Complex Project Manager. Also, Mint holds certificates of PMP, DSSAM, SAP and AWS, all achieved during work in IBM.

Currently, she leads SAP surrounded solutions to industry client on Digital Innovations in APAC region with her rich global project experiences.

In addition, Mint is a mentor to university students, overseas female and young professionals in their early career.
