All bookings are confirmed by signing of Staying Agreement and receipt of 1st month advance payment & 1 month rental security deposit 
  • The deposit will be refunded onto credit card or by cheque after guest check-out (if no incidental charge applied) within 4 weeks
  • The above quoted monthly rental only applicable on the above requested period
  • Check-in time after 1400hours on arrival date and check out time before noon on departure date 
  • Any extended stay is based on pro-rata of monthly rental with max stay of 20 consecutive nights. If over 20 nights, one whole month rental will be applied (monthly rental for extension stay is subject to change). 
  • Stamp duty fee applies and the charge is based on period of stay
