Results of Hall Admissions (Round I) 2025-2026
Instruction on Offer of Acceptance for SUCCESSFUL Applicants: After the announcement of results at 15:00 on May 26, 2025, an applicant who is offered a place must indicate acceptance of the offer through the on-line system of the HKU Portal (https://hkuportal.hku.hk) -> Login HKU Portal -> select "SIS Menu" -> select "On-line application" -> select "Application for Resident Hall" -> select "Application Status" by 17:00 on June 2, 2025. The
offer of admission will be automatically withdrawn if a student fails to do so. Instruction on Appeal for UNSUCCESSFUL Applicants: Unsuccessful applicants who wish to appeal against the decision of halls should submit their appeals through the on-line system of the HKU Portal (https://hkuportal.hku.hk) -> Login HKU Portal -> select "SIS Menu" -> select "On-line application" -> select "Application for Resident Hall" -> select "Request for Appeal" within 72 hours immediately following the announcement of the results (i.e. 15:00 on May 29, 2025). |
