2. The announcements include posters,
mass emails, CEDARS website, CEDARS newsletter, Facebook and other forms of
communication. This policy applies to student projects supported by CEDARS.
3. For activities jointly organised with the outside bodies, the person-in-charge should sound out the need of English input. In case the use of English was not possible with the speaker or organiser, a synopsis of the activity in English and simultaneous interpretation would be provided where feasible.
