Terms & Conditions	A minimum stay of 30 nights is required. Extension of stay will be subject to room availability. Credit card guarantee for the whole booked period is required upon reservation. Payment for the 1st month is required when check-in. From the 2nd month onwards, monthly payment is required at least 7 days before the beginning of each month. Above rate is inclusive of 10% service charge All payment is non-refundable and non-transferable. No room cancellation is allowed upon confirmation of reservation. Reservation must be modified 72 hours prior to arrival day. Check-in at 15:00 and Check-out at 12:00. A refundable cash deposit of HK$3,000/room is required. All rates are inclusive of 10% Service charge. In case of disputes, South Nest reserves the right to make the final decision of all matters relate to the terms & conditions of this order. Please present valid student's ID card or staff card upon arrival.
